Hero's Arms Says:   This is a gun I set up for myself, so it has a 15 1/2" Length of Pull (which can be shortened by changing the recoil pad).  It has an 8 Ounce Edwards Recoil Reducer fiber glassed into the top of the stock, making its weight without sub-gauge tubes 8 pounds 15 ounces, and 9 pounds 11.5 ounces with tubes. Recoil is not an issue, particularly with the 410, you sort of have to see the clay break to know it has gone off.  Because the stainless steel rib was blinding when shooting into the sun, I spray painted the top of the rib with flat black paint, which can be removed with paint thinner if desired.  The Safety was converted by Ruger to Non-Automatic. It has Briley Draw Lock sub-gauge tubes (Pictured in the Cased Photo) which I find easy to use.  You drop the tube into the barrel, lining up the ejector with the gun's ejector, then you slip the Draw Lock into the front of the barrel and engage its internal screw with the external screw on the sub gauge tube.  The Draw Lock indexes on the face of the barrel.  Finger tighten the Draw Lock and you are done, no need for a hammer to fit the tube into the barrel.  To remove the tubes just loosen the Draw Lock and give it a bit of a push and the tubes pop right out of the barrel.  Because the aluminum in the sub gauge tubes expands more quickly than the stainless steel barrel, after 4 or 5 shots, with the gun open, snug the Draw Locks with your fingers and you are good for the day. It comes with 5 Ruger Chokes in Full, Modified, Improved Cylinder and Skeet/Skeet.  The Sub Gauge tubes come with four chokes each, in Modified, Improved Cylinder, and Skeet/Skeet.   It has actually been shot very little, perhaps fewer than 1,000 shots, because I migrated to a light 28 Gauge which is all I shoot now.  Shipping is $60.
